Yesterday LA had an all time record high temperature of 113 Farenheit in Downtown LA (45 Celicious!)  It was so hot it was hard to even breathe. Even laying in the pool I felt like I was gonna pass out from heat exhaustion...

Today I've been relaxing by the pool with Erica. It's a good thing we have 2 pools because one of the pools is broken and looks kinda like radio active nuclear waste at the moment....lol.

LA is soooo HOT right now, I love it! How is the weather in Sweden?

In a while I'm off to Darque Tan in Beverly Hills to get even more bronzed, and like always, I do a powerwalk through my old neighborhood before I go to the tanning salon. After that it's time to do laundry and clean up the apartment and maybe get some fresh flowers.

My friend Erica ended up throwing me a little surprise B-Day party at her place, with balloons, food, wine and a birthday cake. I really didn't expect all that at all. I haven't done anything special on my birthday (or even had a cake) in sooo many years. It was a perfect  night.    Thank you Erica!

Today is my birthday! Growing up I always used to have a Swedish Crayfish Party on my birthday, and I haven't had Crayfish since I moved to LA 6 years ago.... so yesterday my friend Erica and I went to IKEA and got some. Tonight we're having a girls night at Erica's with lots of good food and wine.

I'm back after taking a pretty long blog break.... to be totally honest I'm not really sure if I wanna keep doing this blog or not. We'll see how I feel.

I got rid of AT&T which is my internet service provider, they were seriously charging me 100 $ a month for JUST INTERNET! Ridiculous! I get free wireless down by the pool and lounge area so that's where I am now. I'm about to go upstairs, shower, exfoliate and head off to the tanning salon in Beverly Hills before work.

What a hot day! it's over 93 degrees (34 celicious). I love it! it's perfect. Anyway, I just had lunch while watching the last episode of The Hills, I though the ending was kinda lame. Did you guys watch it?

It's such a beautiful day today! super hot and sunny. I layed out by the pool for a while before work. Only one problem, old men keep walking back and forth, back and forth. Some old pervert randomly started talking to me.... AND WOULD NOT STOP TALKING! telling me his whole life story.... seriously, when I'm laying out in my bikini and trying to relax, I do not wanna be bothered by strange old men, I just wanna be left alone. You feel me? it's just not appropriate.

This morning me and my friend Erica (and little miss Maddie) went hiking in Runyon Canyon again. This time we took the harder, longer route. It was so hot it was insane! I literally thought I was gonna pass out... and it was way too much for little Maddie, she got so exhausted and over heated Erica had to carry her in her backpack...poor baby.

Today I woke up at 6:30 AM and could NOT go back to sleep! After a couple a hours my friend Erica and her little Chihuahua Maddie came over and picked me up to go hiking in Runyon Canyon.

The weather is so weird in LA right now, "June Gloom" has been extended all the way in to July! It even rained yesterday! Right now you guys have way better weather in Sweden then we do here in LA. Anyway, I love Runyon, it's great excersize and the city views are just  amazing. I always feels so happy and peaceful when I'm there.
