På söndag är det Mors Dag i Sverige. Jag tänkte på det senast igår, att min mamma är nog den bästa människan som finns på jorden just nu. Det är helt sant och helt otroligt när jag tänker på det men hon är verkligen världens bästa människa. Grattis till mig som föddes av just henne av alla miljarder människor som vandrar omkring på denna jord. (Och grattis till henne som fick mig av alla miljarder människor)
Såg att The Body Shop (en av mina favoritaffärer) hade ett erbjudande för mammor på Mors Dag.
Om man köper Mors Dag present får man boka in en gratis makeup värde 600 Kr. Alltid uppskattat skulle jag tro.
Nu är det i och för sig så att jag är utbildad MUA själv så jag är ansvarig för min mammas make up när det behövs. men ändå, ett bra tips för andra som kanske inte vet vad dem ska hitta på att ge sin mamma. Den där personen som ens gjorde det möjligt för dig att existera just nu. Utan henne, ingen tid på jorden och därmed ingen kärlek, glass, sol, katter, böcker och så vidare. (Eller vi vet ju inte vart man befann sig innan och efter födseln i och för sig, kan ju ha varit på en annan härlig plats inklusive allt ovanstånde). Det får vi ju ändå inte veta förrän vi väl kommer till sista hjärtslaget.
Tack Mamma, Pappa och Gud för min existens och att jag sitter här och nu och kan skriva dessa rader.

Its very sunny and warm in Helsinki these days. Its amazing. So when I not work, cook, bake or exercise I sit outside in any of my parks. I have to that is really close by. This is the small one that I like.

Cancerfonden vill uppmärksamma risken om hudcancer nu inför sommaren med att låta serietecknare göra seriestrippar om just hudcancer. Jag har verkligen tänkt på att skydda mig nu för tiden då jag verkligen inte vill ha hudcander eller rynkig hy i framtiden. Jag är ju rödhårig egentligen och har ljus och fräknig hy som lätt blir bränd och jag vill absolut inte riskera att utsätta min kropp för fara. Så jag vill också uppmuntra till ett säkert solande.
Så här ser min taktik ut inför sommarens solande:
- Högt solskydd i början av sommaren
- Ligg inte i solen för länge och pressa utan ta lite i taget, låt huden vänja sig
- Det är skönt att ligga i skuggan!
- Det är tråkigt att ligga still, rör på dig och få en jämnare bränna
- Sola lite och använd mer brun utan sol
- Ät massa tomater som innehåller ämnet lykopen som skyddar huden mot solens strålar
- Ät tabletter som skyddar huden från solen starka strålning

Comment: I love the formula, it leaves the skin supermatt and soft. I like the idea that it wont clog the pores and let the skin breath. It is not transparent which I normally prefer, but it is a good yellow tone that erase the redness of the skin. The two things I dont like with this product is that its not a mirror in the package. The other minus is that the skin does not stay matt for a long time. I have to use it three-four times a day.
